Please contact email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order to begin the process for any returns, refunds, or exchanges. Email us your full name, order number, and which items you would like to return. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt. We offer free shipping on returns within 2 days of receipt within the continental US. We will email you with details on how to ship back the items for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging. Returned items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or do not include the packaging materials will not be accepted. You can choose to have these items shipped back to you, but you will have to pay for shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Defective items will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. If a product cannot be replaced or repaired, a refund will be issued.
For exchanges on backordered items, please be aware that it will take 4-6 weeks to receive a replacement.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If these items are returned to us, we will notify you that we cannot accept them. You can choose to have them shipped back to you, but you will have to pay for shipping.
